allow flexibility in document distribution methods using MediScribe.NET®.
Users select a preferred distribution method for each physician and for each
document type and status.

provides a convenient means to distribute reports by fax to clinicians and providers
who would prefer fax in place of or in addition to the paper copies of reports.
MedFaxTM
includes options to "batch" or "stat" fax as appropriate
with no additional software costs. Key features of MedFaxTM

Automated distribution allows faxing throughout the day
Uses standard US Robotics fax/modems (or compatible)
Does not require proprietary fax-server
Supports up to 64 modems on a single server
Flexibility to create customized fax cover sheets.

to initiate and flexible.
MedEmailTM
MedEmailTM
provides a secure alternative to the more traditional report distribution alternatives
of printing and/or faxing reports. MedEmail sends a single email to the recipient
notifying the physician that reports are ready for review and providing a link
back to the system that allows password-protected, secure access to the reports
via Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Firefox. Key features of

Minimizes paper, toner, and other disposable costs in
transcription
Minimizes labor costs to sort and manually distribute
paper copies

Provides an electronic copy of the report that can allow
importing notes and reports into outlying physician systems.
