The system streamlines the document selection/review process, provides objective measurements through user-defined criteria, provides a streamlined means to capture these measurements by transcriptionist and date ranges, and provides extensive reporting options by transcriptionist, department, and/or QA trends. Automated selection of documents for review and evaluation lets the facility focus on quality without expending excessive resources for record keeping.
